Pros
I am going into my 4th year as a Decron employee. The company has evolved substantially in these last few years. There is better training, more support from the corporate team and most important more attention to employee gratitude. It seems as Decron has listened to all of the requests and acknowledged the downfalls and risen into what is now a strong and very comfortable place to work. Decron has implemented A community philanthropy Initiative called Decron Cares. This initiative is being implemented to help the local elementary schools in our community with a generous donation. This is a remarkable way to show how important it is for our kids to have all the tools necessary to succeed. This makes me proud to be part of the Decron team.
Cons
Medical and dental coverage with family members is very expensive. Although the corporate team has progressed, there is still a bit of a gap between management and corporate philosophies. The bonus structure could be more lucrative.
