I've been at Deel for over 4.5 years and I've enjoyed every moment of it. It truly is unlike any other place. The amount of growth one achieves is second to none. There are no walls and the a ton of transparency from all levels of leadership which makes the experience working here feel more like building together with everyone. And there is a ton of resources at our disposal to equip ourselves for the age of AI, with guidance internally on how to best embrace it. An exceptional workplace that I'm proud to be a part of and build the future of work.

Cons

Sometime the pace can be quite a lot, but most times, its just right to build and release amazing features. I would like more in-person meetups for the Product teams too.

The only can is that your growth rate can be a bit slow if you're not on the Tech and Engineering side of things.
