Pros

Positive outlook in general, people are dedicated and always willing to help others. Great perks...several gyms and locker rooms available for workouts. Large cafeteria and outdoor walk areas.

Cons

Constant change with organizational structure seemed to slow down progress even though they are always implemented pretty well.

Pros

- Maximum Telework (as long as you get your work done well) - Open to new ideas and innovation - Great response to COVID-19! They took it seriously and made sure both mission and employees safety was taken into serious consideration! (Thank you Vice Admiral Norton) - Lots of emphasis on improving processes and continual learning. - Lots of different customers (variety)

Cons

- Parking - New director is not too keen on making maximum telework permanent. But telework expansions are being considered. Permanent telework is still up in the air. - Lack of space. Unless a telework or a hybrid model is implemented, there is simply not enough space in the building and in the parking lot to fit everyone. - Agency does not use too many cost type contracts, so you might forget processes.

Pros

The coworkers are all like family, willing to help in any way. The pay is decent.

Cons

Politics gone amuck. If you aren't part of the good old boys club, you are just a butt in a chair to them. Special treatment for the upper eschalon, looking the other way for them, making poor leadership decisions for the almighty dollar.
