While I was there, the family was very toxic to each other and to employees. I overheard countless inappropriate conversations come from the mouths of senior leadership, which is comprised of all men. What was the main topic of their inappropriate conversations? Women. A lot of these conversations were made in earshot of female employees, too! Not a place to work at if you are trying to avoid toxic masculinity.
