Mission to support the armed forces and they hire a lot of vets Free sodas Anyone director level and below are typically nice to work with You get a lot of experience fast…even if it goes way above or outside of your job description They are always hiring … (due to turnover)

Cons

Family owned business that rules the office with fear, it is obvious they enjoy it. A miserable and tense work environment. Company culture is non-existent. The mood around the office is lukewarm on the best day. There are no “perks” to working here, it is truly just a job. The C-Suite and most leadership are toxic. (directors and below tend to be nicer) The CEO wouldn’t last a day at another company. He harasses the female employees and loudly announces crude jokes and displays very unprofessional behavior. His mood swings dictate the office and 9 times out of 10 it’s dismal. The very few leaders that are still trying to create a positive environment/protect their employees are appreciated, but get abused by their management in return. Little to no empathy for employees, they would prefer people to be robots and only come in and do their job. (But don’t forget to smile and laugh at the leadership's vulgar and off-color jokes! …But after that you better get right back to work!) This is even worse for contract employees, they are truly just a number and they will fight CBAs tooth and nail. Extremely high turnover rate in the corporate office. You might think (and you will be told) that everyone being new is due to growth, but it is actually due to about a 50 percent turnover rate. Most people don’t last more than a year or two. You will also notice that the very few employees that have been with the company for more than 2-3 years will keep to themselves and protect their own interests. Remote work is very hard to get approved even if for a sick kiddo or home maintenance issue. Growth opportunities are limited, the only ways for a pay increase or upwards movement is to be a yes man to everything (and get overworked with no overtime) or to suck up to leadership... Which isn’t a great thing because favoritism is out of control and obvious. If you do somehow end up on leadership’s favorites list, buckle up and get ready to fall from grace at some point soon after. No one stays a favorite and the fall from grace usually ends in termination. Pay is low compared to market rate, most folks that leave get a 25 percent or more pay increase and better work-life flexibility. Also, they will hire new folks closer to market rate and let employees that have been there for a few years continue to make below market rate. Leadership are clock watchers, they are extremely strict about 1 hour lunch and you better not be leaving 5 seconds before 5:00! You might get away with it depending on your direct report… but don’t expect to be able to flex your lunch easily. They treat you like a child that cannot be trusted. The building, although nice, feels like a jail. No real HR department, there are no checks and balances of power in the company. There are no corporate exit interviews as they truly do not care what exiting employees thoughts are. Health insurance is mediocre and very expensive for dependents. The negative reviews here are 100% accurate, sadly nothing is exaggerated. This place is beyond toxic.

If you want to know what PTSD is, work for this company. It amazes me every time a negative review is posted how management tries to stop the tanking of the company rating by having their minions write a positive review, it won't work. There are too many current and former employees who will keep getting the truth out. The CEO is a textbook narcissist and everyone at the company knows this, you can't speak out, defend yourself or disagree without dire consequences. This company is run by a man child, not the person that Glassdoor believes is the CEO.

Pros

Free drinks, two weeks off during the holiday at the end of the year and some great coworkers that become important parts of your life. The negative glassdoor reviews are accurate, that’s a pro. DO NOT LET THEM SCARE YOU INTO THINKING THEY CAN GET YOU BLACKLISTED FROM ANYWHERE! They do NOT have the power that they think they do. In reality, 96% of the people they associate with do not like them, so go apply for that job you’ll be fine!

Cons

Where to begin? First off, the “Winning Culture” review shows how terrible senior leadership is by saying people were let go for not fitting in. I didn’t realize that an employer was like high school. Throughout my years there I saw people being fired for “having a relationship with a coworker” even though the CEO had one with a coworker and brags about it to this day. Asking for raises, not setting up a Christmas tree the day before Thanksgiving (technically he quit, he would’ve been fired for this), asking why some families insurance gets fully paid for and not everyone’s families during a benefits meeting, straight up because the CEO didn’t like them as a person, getting overwhelmed by not being able to complete tasks because there’s no backups in their department, allegedly stealing, and more. The bro club is an important part of DRGs culture for senior leadership, so they can take pictures of women, CEO asking female workers to call him daddy in front of coworkers, make fun of people for their looks, and then you get kicked out and it’s not cool anymore. When the CEO took over everyone was excited at first since he’s younger. Being able to work remote, more laid back culture of wearing jeans to work every day, working 4 days a week 10 hours or every other Friday off was things he had mentioned then decided not to do any of that. The virtual thing was a nightmare from day one since you’re allotted x amount of virtual days. You have to know two weeks in advance and write a ten page paragraph essay so make sure to predict the future if something happens like an appliance breaking, house floods, kids are sick. It depends on who you are too if you’re part of the bro club you don’t have to worry about that. The COO used to be the person to go to with any issues that was prior to his promotion. Since his promotion he is no longer the guy who accepts feedback and handle the CEOs wrath towards everyone. Don’t give any personal information to either of them they like to use it against you. The amount of times I’ve heard how people should be so thankful for them for helping people during their times of need whether it was cancer, IVF, family member passing. No, that’s called being a decent human being by being their for people especially your employees that’s not the time to hold it over their head, that’s disgusting. There’s a reason why there’s so many new people. The growth story has been a thing since at least 2018 that’s not why there’s always new people they care about quantity not quality. The Chief Admin Officer is not trustworthy either what an upsetting moment when everyone was rooting for him to make the changes. Instead he’s too scared.
