Amazing work environment, overall healthy and professional workplace. Great benefits and people. The unprofessional and toxic people get shown the door.
Cons
Seeing the negative reviews from people fired or left because they didn’t fit the professional environment is just sad. Leaving negative anonymous reviews is cheap and tacky, speaks more about those who write the negative reviews. The people who own and run the company are great people, I have worked with them for years. They are well respected in the office, industry and are proven leaders of the community. I am proud of how much charitable work they do. I have witnessed this company more than double the employees at the corporate office recently. As a result, some people were brought in quickly, but didn't make it because they were unprofessional or had very poor work ethic. The office has had several rounds of remodel these last few months to accommodate everyone and maintain and nice working environment. The people that left on bad terms and have posted here recently were not here long.
