Pros

The pay is decent, and the people you work with are very nice. I think if you are out of the reach of the Category Management, it might not be so bad.

Cons

Business is run very poorly, management is full of underqualified people who know how to kiss a$$ really well. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life by management. Truly a terrible place to work.

Pros

Big company (only by number of people)

Cons

The job is suffering from disorganization. Everything that was done, was done without being agreed upon and thought through previously, so we often had to perform the same tasks over and over again. Technical drawings are incomplete and “technically immature”. Not to mention that no one knows what`s the final version and where it is kept. The job could be done much more effectively if the employees were interested in upgrading their knowledge in the programs they are using. This would make their work much more easier and faster. I have to complain about the bad atmosphere and disturbed and unhealthy human relations in the Department for Architectural Design. It is completely unacceptable that huge and renowned company has such uncultivated and rude employess.

Pros

My experience has been very positive. I have had great opportunities. My management team respects my work, and I have the freedom to challenge ideas. I recognize that this is partially due to having a good management team. I do find that people who work for people from larger companies (ie not homegrown small town city) tend to have a better work experience.

Cons

Small town attitudes still prevail. Benefits aren't that great - but depending on your area, compensation is fair and just. No tuition reimbursement, and management does not accept the telecommute policy put in place by HR.
