-lost of vacation/personal days -good people -work/life balance emphasizes the life part

Cons

-no strategic direction, marketshare in MM/Enterprise has been stagnant or declining -multiple layoffs in the time I was there, -4 days in office is mandatory for sales -new products are half-baked, struggling to find product-market fit outside of core function -no real differentiators compared to main competitors -had good run during the pandameic, but competitors like toast/owner/olo are in a significantly better long term position
