So so many amazing colleagues

Cons

Not easy seeing your colleagues stressed, burned out, laid off. Pls don’t reply that you’re committed to addressing my concerns promptly, Deliverect People Team. Voicing concerns results in a slap on the wrist at this company. Focus on repeating your Glassdoor success of June 13th with three completely unrelated 5-star reviews with Company culture in the title.

Product is great, Team is great, No micromanagement, culture build on trust and results.

Cons

- Poor management. - A lot of great employees left, especially in sales, and the company was not doing so good after that. - A big culture shift happened after the big lay out that happened in 2023, and it was never the same after that. - Numbers seem a bit off. It was looks good until it is not !
