Really great team, nice office

Cons

No recognition for your work Constant bullying from managers Bad pay Constantly promise career growth opportunities, then don't deliver Tell you it's a 'hybrid' role but it's really not Obvious favoritism and the managers yell at staff in front of the whole office

- Awful Mid management, they will throw you under the bus - Co workers often gossip and only look out for themselves - Massive lay offs with no warning, no job security - Unrealistic and unattainable quotas, goals. - Mirco management in every form, they literally monitor and watch everything - Customers are often abusive to employees and management does nothing to back them up -Many staff have to take leaves for mental wellness because of the awful working conditions. - Remote work option was taken away for mandatory office days - End of the day they are just liars and dont care about employees.

- role advertised as hybrid but expected to be in the office everyday - excessive micro management - managers yell at staff in front of the whole office -expected to work overtime everyday without recognition or compensation - lack of proper training and development
