Pros
The atmosphere is casual, no restrictions about bringing electronic gadgets and formal dressing. You can browse the web all the time(when you are not breaking your head with a cx i.e). There is excellent co-ordination between departments (for ex: dell financial team, hr and operations).
Cons
High pressure job, irregular weekly offs, and more pressure, the energy of the employees is always low and make the environment dull and stressful, and more pressure.
