      Pros

      Ability to drive your own business. Good work/life balance. It's an 8-5 Monday through Friday position 99% of the time.

      Cons

      Sales quotas can be unreasonable during periods of economic downturn. Support from various areas can affect your ability to attain quotas.

      Dell Services not as good as Perot Systems

      Pros

      Offices at Guadalajara are really good. Salary is good compared to other tech companies in the area. Good compensation plan. 1st place in the "Great Place to Work 2010" survey.

      Cons

      Work loads are some very high some times, you can get swamped very easily. No budget for training. Work environment used to be good (before the acquisition of Perot by Dell), now it is becoming to "Dell way". A lot of mess. Employees at Dell are numbers.
