      Pros

      Dell is a good place to work if you just want a decent pay check with no career goal and you also does not want do anything, especially since you can work from home, you realy have a very good life work balance.

      Cons

      look at the last 3 years, I don't know what Dell accomplished.

      Pros

      Work culture, management, people..everything I liked while I was in Dell. They traet their employees well and understands their problems.

      Cons

      Will be better place if more steps are taken to reduce the work pressure. More flexibility is needed in terms of leave approvals atleast in the India office.

      its not a 9-5 shop, in most depts it is 9:30 am -4:45 pm easy to get time off can work from home

      Cons

      have to be a brown noser to get promoted -pay is below the market rate -too many depts, too many rules, no stream lined policy for the company as a whole
