      Great place to work if you want to try out different verticals. A lot of encouragement given to move out of your comfort zone

      Cons

      too many changes in the org, almost every 6 months. Too much work, not enough headcount and no rationalization for promotion. They say you get promoted if your responsibilities & spans have increased appreciably. dont see that happening
