      Good chance of progression if you are willing to work and succeed in a tough pressurised environment - also reasonable benefits

      Cons

      Not enough chance to move in to other departments, changes often made to work environment without any prior notice. Systems in place often difficult to work with

      Pros

      I worked in support for 5 years. Challenges are very good. Innovative ideas.

      Cons

      I would not say a t Dell, but at my workplace, the managemeent would give more attention to the "Yes Men". During the layoff's, the senior management used this opportunity to lay off t hose people who had raised t heir voice against their idiotic ways of managing the site and business.

      It is an innovative company with a good range of products . Most importantly, Dell has innovative ways of reaching out to its customers and engaging with them

      Dell needs to do more to lift the employee morale, be more communicative, and be a better pay master !
