      A hard path

      Pros

      Great people and a ton of energy, in the day. Now a shell, they have respect for the individual, good salary and benefits, talented people.

      Cons

      Completely lifeless, management killed the company, the enegy is gone, no direction and multiple reorganizations left the company totally demoralized. Many initiatives are "throw it at the wall and see what sticks", never figured out service, became a who you know and what politics to play organization.

      Pros

      Large company provides stable job (given the economy) There are a lot of job opportunities however managers make it difficult to transfer. Good perks such as on-site cafeteria, Starbucks, nurse and work-out room

      Cons

      Unnecessary processes put in place to micro-manage Too many managers, not enough workers Corporate culture is boring and not motivating
