I cannot think of any pros in working with this company. Maybe the work parties but the bonuses are underwhelming but they make it sound like you will be receiving a real bonus. I guess the hype is exciting.

Cons

Everything. Overwork and under paid. No support from administration. Unreasonable when you have an emergency. You have to work overtime to make up for having an emergency. Please do not get sick for the first time in over year without being punished for it.
