Management is nice. Coworkers or friendly enough. There's a few who aren't but who cares.

Cons

3rd shift is hardly ever fully ataffed. How do you expect the quality of care to remain decent if their aren't enough people to cover.

Benefits are pretty good and that you get to help people.

Cons

This place is a joke. Its all nice in the beginning but once your in its hell. No one ever wants to help, the shortage is rediculous and no one seems to care. How can you provide patient care when you're overworking your staff to the bone, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I ended quitting and was threatened with them reporting me to the nursing board with job abandonment and slammed the phone when they hung up. Dramatic.
