The residents and most the families were great

Cons

Everyone is related, the nepotism is everywhere and nothing is thought of it. So much unprofessionalism in upper management it’s unreal. From the DON to the assistant administrator, they’re all extremely inappropriate, racist, homophobic and bullies. It’s sad honestly.
