Toxic environment and minimum hourly salary
Pros
As big 4, promotion is pretty standardized for lower levels and you got moved to next level when the time comes. Also, fancy restaurant and hotel when traveling.
Cons
1. Toxic culture. They expect you to work 60 - 80 per week, sometimes it goes up to 100 hours. No excuses. Saturday and nights must be available. Some hours may required On Sunday and weekends, too. They don`t appreciate you work extra hours, thought it is a basic standard. 2. Horrible management. Lots of work comes from poor management that they had a bad communication with client and didn`t get things right at the first place. They don`t care about their people either. I have witnessed several coworkers end up getting horrible healh issues such as cardiovascular disease, spondylosis and mental health disorder, but the firm and management team don`t care.
