Great firm and best place to learn real consulting that involves both strategy and implementation
Pros
Firm focuses on having consultants not only work on strategy, but also, on implementation as well. At Deloitte, you will be working on both strategy and operations and you will be accountable and responsible for the recommendations that you give. I think in the long-term, the experience that you gain from doing both strategy and implementation is invaluable. This is a major difference when comparing to other firms such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG where they try to separate people that work on strategy from operations.
Cons
The firm is very large and the experience that you have can vary greatly depending on luck. Depending on what client projects are available, which senior managers need resources, and who you meet when you first join, it can either be an amazing experience or a negative one if unlucky.
