      Most horrendous place to work - too much BS

      Nice brand to have on your resume

      Cons

      The most horrendous place to work: - They have a “model” of how your career should look like - and any deviations are not tolerated (eg everyone is expected work and “detail review”.. only senior managers and above are given the resources and flexibility to do business development) - Raises are super low - top performers only get 6-7% in a “good year”. My current firm gives 8-10% for average performers. - People with terrible personalities are absolutely tolerated and loved. Managers and above who perform mediocre work and make people leave are much appreciated; staff complaints about these “managers” are never heard. - Upper management is too stacked up, so promotions are even slower - it used to take 2-3 years to make manager, now they have intentionally made it 3-4 years.

      Pros

      People and benefits. You will find good and smart people working together. Their benefits are really good. Expense policies are generous. The CEO is excellent.

      Cons

      Managers and Sr. Managers need more leadership and technical training. They have mastered how to manipulate and get people to do what they want, but they don’t make people connection and meaningful work relationships. It is all about what they want you to do. In order to get recognized, you have to constantly work over time and extend your life for the company. Thus, burn outs are inevitable. They have the reputation that they hire pretty people who don’t know how to handle real implementation. They need to figure out how to develop authentic client relationship and deliver true quality work. Also, stop rewarding juniors who just know how to present well and ask for content.

      - Benefits are top notch - Expense and Time Tracking systems are easiest/best in the business - Bench is handled well

      Cons

      - USDC program is a joke. They sell it as equivalent to core consulting minus the travel when it's anything but. - Travel is heavy and expected. It's 2018, need to be more flexible - Salary isn't quite competitive - Culture is pretty nonexistant
