      Pros

      I had some nice co-workers.

      Cons

      This was a horrible, soul-sucking experience. People are negative, backstabbing, delusional, and don't get me started on the lip service purporting to be a place of excellence. Don't get sucked in by the nice reviews the reality is so different. Oh, and diversity, It is a political, tick the box kind of environment without a real commitment to opening opportunities for all. My advice Run!

      Pros

      It's really tough to come up with pros, to be honest. It was a job. I guess one nice thing is that they give a lot of holidays off.

      Cons

      The pay is massively inadequate for the amount of time and dedication they expect. The review process for employees, along with all the other company vision and "we treat our people so well" advertising, is a sham. No one provides any helpful feedback. A lot of corporate BS with regards to policies that make no sense (e.g. training, expense reporting). They're really stingy about everything, and will nag you for every nickel and dime you spend. Not really great people either; there's a culture of fakeness and backstabbing and it's not nearly as nice as they'd like you to believe. You're honestly much better off working for one of the other Big 4 firms. Take my word for it. They'll pay and treat you better.

      Pros

      Great perks and benefits for consultants. Ability to work from home twice a week after 1 year.

      Cons

      No work and life balance. Chicago office PC practice has a lot of issues with management. Management doesn't want to hire more resources and instead they over utilize current employees until they burn out & leave. Seems that practice is focused more on replacing employees that leave with new hires rather than making sure that current employees are happy & want to stay. Avoid at all cost. The worst job that I ever had.
