Good compensation and benefits. Good location.

Cons

- The company promotes after hours work. It's the company's culture that promotes friendship inside the company, with persons who has the same way of life. This leads to non existent work/life balance, nor concern about having some. - No career opportunities for specialists with a very specific work. Sooner or later, they will be asked to leave the company. Everything different from the typical career is likely to be extinguished. - The management is not team oriented. The definition of the project is oriented by the profit that they can extract and not by the right team for the job or the time needed to do it with excellence. The management's knowledge about the matters is limited.

Cons

Was working in a back office in india which resulted mostly in monotonus work. It is back office, which results in no client interaction.
