      Pros

      1. American style open culture; Manager-employee relations are totally different from regular Indian companies 2. One of the best Performance Evaluation methods; performance review done by consensus meetings involving all decision makers, managers, talent etc; democratic process; not at the mercy of 1 person 3. Excellent career opportunities; if you know what you want and have the talent you will grow 4. Fabulous learning and development opportunities; classroom training; online traning 5. No concept of variable pay other than Annual Bonus 6. What you see is what you get; no hanky panky; communications are direct and on time 7. Plenty of fun parties, non-work events and interest groups especially for younger workforce 8. Does not get direcly impacted by the market (advantages of a Partnership Firm)

      Cons

      1. Internal mobility is difficult but not impossible 2. Not the top paymaster but not bad 3. Increments are lesser than the top Indian companies 4. Some new hires get overwhelmed by the compliance requirements (mandatory trainings etc) 5. Too much stress on networking and owning your career; those who are mediocres or are non-aggressive tend to lag; no spoonfeeding or hand holding 6. Work hours get stretched during projects especially as you go up; and overlap with US timing requires working late hours

      - smart people - team spirit - great projects - nice travel conditions (5 stars hotel) & airlines, collecting airmiles and eating nice food

      Cons

      - no time for private life - ridiculous and inhumane working hours (average 18 hours a day) - backstabbing
