Pros

Pay and Benifits are up to competetive level. Travel benifits are good. A lot of very good people work with you.

Cons

Seems like you are always working odd shifts and weekends. Never seem to get very far up the seniority ladder. when company makes a lot of money, managment finds a really bad way to loose it all.

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, flight privileges; For aircraft maintenance: an emphasis on safety and compliance, everyone generally has desire to "do the job right"

Cons

Although most seem to enjoy their jobs, morale toward the company is low, pay is low, impossible to advance without relocating to another city
