Pros

Management seems to respect family life and makes concessions so that we may balance work and home. Benefits seem competitive. For the most part, I work with very good people.

Cons

Lots of opportunity and information gets lost in the middle management struggle for power. Pay scenarios are laughable, at best. The consistency with which similar people with similar jobs are paid is pathetic.

Pros

The best reason to work for Delta is for the flight benefits.

Cons

Delta does not provide market pay. If you are hired off of the street, you are making much more than experienced employees that have worked there for 15-20 years doing the same job.
