      Great company if you want just a job

      Pros

      Flight benefits are obviously the best reason. We can fly for free to just about anywhere in the world (but ONLY when there are empty seats!)

      Cons

      Seniority-based pay scale means performance is all but ignored. There is very little room for advancement. Also, senior flight attendants work very little and are paid very well, so it's hard to move up the ranks for bidding purposes. Flight attendants with 20+ years still have to work some holidays and weekends.

      Pros

      Delta executive leadership knows firsthand the value and benefits of maintaining a solid technology base in MN that will continue to provide the new Delta with cutting edge tools to stay ahead.

      Cons

      There is a great deal of work to be done to bring existing Delta systems up to par with available technology, and it can be challenging to move the organization in that direction.

      Pros

      Working with MLT was an okay experience. The people at the company were of high quality and by and large friendly to deal with and honest.

      Cons

      The most dissapointing thing was that we were simply an inferior company to our competitors, such as Funjet and Apple Vacations.
