Pros

Flexibility, good company culture, insurance is pretty decent and priced well compared to other places. Negotiate time off they try to start with 2 weeks but you can get 3 weeks. ability to work remote. Fun customer events to attend.

Cons

Pay is on the lower end compared to the market and even when making comments they don't seem to care like they used too. Middle or entry positions are hard to come by as they did a reorg and cut a lot of those out.

Delta Faucet Company is very customer focused, and has some of the highest brand loyalty within the industry. We are an inclusive company, welcoming different ideas and support the teams success.

Cons

The sales team structure can be a little confusing for our sales agencies and customers at time. National account teams calling on the same customers as Regional teams.
