It’s not uncommon to move laterally through the company if you want to gain experience in a different business area. They’re very good about providing support when needed. The organization as a whole is very open-minded and have multiple diversity initiatives to increase awareness of many minorities. They also have a fantastic health and fitness program.

Cons

Natural light isn’t accessible to all workspaces which can be tough during the winter. There are public spaces with tons of natural light though.
