Pros

Money is good. Still probably best company in area for manufactured goods, in spite of recent changes.

Cons

-Very lean and getting leaner. Only the bare minimum to keep production running gets done. -Morale has suffered in last couple of years with new structure. -Constant re-orgs. -Many good people leaving. -Management seems to be in no hurry to backfill defectors and is eager to see older, expensive workers ride off into the sunset.

Good people, pay isn't bad, work isn't that bad

Cons

After Covid corporate took over the plant and with the changes they've made people that have been here 15+ years are leaving in droves. You can't leave until you hit your rate, however they don't have the inventory in the building so assembly will be down waiting for these parts, and management will make you stay the max hours despite this being no fault of yours. They're desperate to fill these spots but no longer have the proper trainers. Basically expect 11 hour days, at least 6 days a week but probably 7, and if you're a good worker one of the rare ones meaning you'll be picking up mountains of slack
