Decent start pay only reason I can think of.

Cons

Trained for a couple of days then you're expected to work at the same rate as more experienced co-workers. No leadership or professionalism from team leads; they love to gossip and would rather be liked by a few people than actually do their job. No team work. If you need help you're on your own while co-workers and team leaders are nowhere to be found. Not temperature controlled. Machine's always breaking down. Missing inventory every single day. Weekends mandatory, almost every weekend. Don't work here!

It's pretty relaxed the people you work with are good people for the most part.

Cons

They basically start you out at cap pay, so don't think you're going to get any more money than just the yearly raise in pay for the cost of living. Work you into the ground.
