Most people were friendly and kind, remote work, and looks great on a resume.

Cons

The company runs lean so there's usually only one of your roles in the organization. This can create a massive workload that's almost impossible to fully ever complete. They rely heavily on contract workers, and it can leave a bad taste when you find out the contracted employees may make a lot more than you with less responsibility. Another review said that they run lean and it's true.

Pros

All of the friendliness and closeness of a small company with the perks of a large company. The design team here focuses on inspirational travel and fun experiences to complement you work. (pre-covid) And Indianapolis is a small fun place to live as well. The team itself is very close as well.

Cons

Could benefit from overall better pay. Not terrible but prices have increased around Indy, especially housing.
