The only "pro" is they will pay you.

Cons

This company is awful, the culture in the company is to always point the finger at someone else. Management is completely inept, they will lie to you. You will work 6 days a week, they will set a goal and say if you reach this goal overtime will slow down. They've been changing the goal every time it's meet since the pandemic. Delta faucet doesn't care about its workers, unless you are related to someone higher up.

There are options to work from home or work in the office full or part time. Leadership is engaged and provides feedback regularly.

Cons

Like all the other companies adapting to the new way of working, there is still some work to be done getting technology that works for people to meet when some are working from home and some are in the office.
