Delta makes you do more work for less money.

They gave us 2 more vacation days off then previous managment.

Cons

They over work there employees. We get 2 eight minute breaks and 28 minutes for lunch. We have very physical jobs and only one day off a week and 9 to ten hour days is very difficult and very hard on your body.

A once great company…until 2018.

Pros

The company used to be excellent to work for. Turnover was low and tenure was long. We’ll run and we’ll managed.

Cons

Since 2018, the management of the company has been on a steady decline. What used to feel like a family/group doing what was needed to accomplish goals and grow the business. Even during the housing boom of Covid, the management team lost market share due to poor management.
