Highly successful company, culture full of friendly, caring, collaborative people. I love the people I work with and the projects I work on. Perks includes: casual dress, maternity leave 12 weeks, education reimbursement, gym/fitness rooms, onsite cafe, walking/running trail, work from home, several employee events throughout the year.

Cons

Slow to adapt/change, risk averse culture, misalignment between innovation talk vs. action, heavily influenced by parent company (Masco), which has an operations mindset focused on business metrics, profitability, and shareholder return. Struggles with training and development, people stay a long time, limited growth opportunities.

Delta Faucet Company is true to their values to make their people a part of their core focus. Just in my first year here to experience the culture, but their on boarding and welcoming as a part of the family is right on to what they expressed in the recruiting phase. The innovation and passion this company has for their employees and customers is contagious, so very excited about the years to come!

So many great initiatives to help our customers, trying to prioritize the right one at the right time is a balance we will figure out.

The best part of working at Delta Faucet is the people we get to work with everyday. The pay and benefits are good. The company is very respectful of work-life balance.

Cons

IT systems are out-dated, but there are projects in the works to bring things up-to-date.
