Pros

Delta is a great place to work, they really value employees and empower them to manage their own workloads without a lot of micromanagement. The work-life balance is great and the company has great benefits. The team camaraderie is fantastic, it is a really fun place to come to work every day.

Cons

Some of the work can be very tedious and repetitive at times, Delta is actively working to help this issue with future projects and programs.

Truly passionate about the way they do business with customers and their employees. Caring for their employees like they are family and not just another number. Leadership is always there to assist you in any situation.

Cons

In some ways they are growing too fast to keep up the culture, but are definitely trying to push forward with the values that make great companies. Some of the leadership seems guarded about subject that should have full visibility.
