Pros

Steady revenue growth, numerous resources, family friendly, relaxed dress code, pretty transparent leadership, depending on position there is a lot you can learn and accomplish (a surprising amount for a seemingly un-sexy industry), great focus on the customer, former president is currently CEO of parent company.

Cons

Difficult to move up (especially for younger employees), going through numerous changes, risk averse culture, cross-functional team driven (can be a pro) however seems to cause delays, success metrics vary from employee to employee.

It is a job. there is not much else good to say about Delta Faucet. it is a job And that is about it.

Cons

the Greensburg plant page $5 to $6 more per hour for the same job as the Jackson plant and Greensburg employees gets a paid lunch break.
