Mismanaged South Property.

Pros

The company itself has AMAZING values and a great vision. there were great benefits and perks. They have great policies and procedures

Cons

At my particular property, they didn't strive to achieve their vision or live their values. In fact my direct manager often went directly against the values and was telling his employees to care about the company first. It was better under Delta than Marriott. My manager did not follow proper policies and procedures. Heavy micromanaging to the point where it is visible to guests. Upper management did not believe me when I tried to highlight problems and issues within my department and they said they didn't believe me due to my age.

No events going on = no shifts. Sometimes 2 weeks without work.
