50% off F&B and very cheap room nights. Great opportuntiy for advancement if you're able to relocate. Fun workplace, lots of celebrations, great parties, really friendly people.

Cons

If your department is under staffed you'll have long work hours. Managers need to run their departments, manager their employees, and sometimes if really busy check guests in, serve F&B, clean rooms.
