Pros

Most of the coworkers are nice. Everything is well run except hiring and scheduling.

Cons

Invade privacy outside work. Cut hours comes winter time. (In the interview, they will tell you you can work in the hotel restaurant in the winter time, but you won't get any shifts. From November-March, you will be working 2-3 shifts a month, so find a different job. They will also put you "on call" shifts 4-5 times a week.) Extremely short staffed.
