Pros

The people you work with directly are fantastic. They care about one another, they are social and they have a good team environment.

Cons

Management seems to only care about one thing and that appears to be money. You could be sick as a dog with the flu and they wont ask how you are feeling...you could be working your butt off for the company but no one says Good Job or keep up the good work. It doesn't matter how dedicated you are, you'll never be dedicated enough to be recognized for all your hard work by Management.

Pros

Valued and mentored between upper management. Treated fairly and friendly. Always on top of their brand and culture. Free meals, benefits and perks. Best company I have been employed with. (Twice) Very thankful!

Cons

I cant say too much besides they dont want to give references and some issues dont get resolved as mentioned but management has their own way of dealing with things and it usually works out.
