Depressing to say the least

Pros

Good pay to start, good medical/dental, clean facility, access to health club and pool for staff (may not be anymore they were phasing this out and charging)

Cons

No raises offered in 2 years, little advancement opportunity due to high competition internally, very depressing and un-motivating atmosphere and structure. Poor initial training for new hires. High expectations with zero training, thus resulting in disappointed and frustrated staff and management.

Pros

There are some great coworkers. Very bustling so you're rarely bored (and so the work day passes quickly). Decent pay and benefits. Cheap hotel rooms for employees, friends and family.

Cons

Hypocrisy from upper management. The inability for any department to take ownership and responsibility for actions. Improper training of new staff causing issues for clients.

Pros

Cheerful team amongst junior management and frontline staff. Decent salary. Good benefits package. Always an interesting day.

Cons

Way overworked! 10 - 11 hour shift is the norm, with one or two 12 hour shifts each week. Middle management takes advantage of the team under them to advance their own careers. Upper management is cliquee and aloof. No consideration of work/life balance. Junior manager turnover is very high.
