Pros

Employee benefits, on the job training

Cons

- Lack of communication, employees are given the proper tools/access for empowerment - No appreciation what so ever from senior management to the most dedicated and hard working people. Admin & Management enjoys their lay-back time and chit-chat while front line staff got no time for lunch and even sit down for a sip of water. - Front line staff rarely gets recognized and rewarded. Its reward program is a joke and is being manipulated by admin and management staff -- people who knows the rules, flattering each other. - If you plan to work evening or overnight shifts here, good luck - If you are thinking of working front desk or housekeeping, and want to raise a family or have a life, good luck

Pros

Had to work extra than what the position has.

Cons

Had to work extra than what the position has. The management team pretended that they listen to the staffs, but then they didn't do anything unless it brought money to the hotel.
