      Pros

      Deltek has an extensive training program that will set you up for long term success within your career. All of the employees are eager to help whenever a situation arises and the work life balance is top notch. The SDR program sets you up to advance your career while growing your individual skillset along the way.

      I can't think of a con of working here.

      Pros

      The work culture is incredible to say the least. After experiencing a tragedy in the family early on in my tenure with Deltek, I was allowed more than enough time to grieve and get back to feeling like myself. The managers actually care about you as a person, as well as making sure you succeed. The enablement and training is award winning for a reason, they pour so much effort and time into making sure you’re in the best possible spot to succeed. I genuinely love working here and plan to stay with Deltek forever.

      Cons

      It’s a lot of information at first when you’re starting, and can be overwhelming, but there is so much support to help you get through that it doesn’t last very long.

      -Managers care about you and your success -coworkers are extremely supportive and very friendly -Work fully remote -lucrative, but not very lucrative -good training and ramp up program -Must be ready to work hard consistently -requires responsibility for your own business

      Cons

      - will need to put in a bit of extra time, at least at first, and expectation is you won't be logging those hours.
