      Pros

      I've been with Deltek for 14 years and counting. I am proud of the work we do as well as the culture we built and sustain. The people here are amazing too and that includes the senior leaders-- who constantly think of ways to deliver value to both customers AND employees.

      Cons

      There is no perfect environment, but I can't think of any con worth mentioning.

      The fast pace can be overwhelming at times—it’s easy to feel like you're constantly switching gears. Some processes and tools could be streamlined to help manage priorities better.
