We get involved in projects early on, which signifies the company’s commitment to foster collaboration and end-user experience. Collaboration across functions is smooth, and inputs are highly valued. The company offers a very healthy work-life balance (emphasis on mental health and flexibility), professional development, and consistent recognition.

Cons

Documentation priorities may change rapidly depending on product demands, and there is potential for better standardization across merged teams, particularly concerning documentation and learning aids. The company acknowledges this and is taking steps to address it.
