I had an onsite training which really helped me get familiar with my manager and co-workers. It was a great opportunity not only to learn but also to socialize and build good relationships in the office. The training was hands-on and informative. Having it onsite made the experience even better, as I got to interact with my peers and manager. It was both a learning and bonding experience. My manager is very nice and always helpful.
