      Benefits and compensation are what keep me stay in Deltek

      Cons

      Your job description does not fit well on what you really do inside the Company. Benefits of other teams vary from yours, others have more motivating rewards than yours. The upper management only concerns on the Company and not really on their employees. The yearly increase is so little.

      - Competitive compensation and benefits - Good working environment and culture - There is really work-life balance

      Cons

      - There's not much growth in terms of technical and domain knowledge - Trainings are mostly for soft skills - Recognition/Awards program for job performance should be improve - Annual increase is quite small and is no longer performance-based (still manager's discretion but there's no longer concrete basis on how did you get the increase) - Maintains status quo (complacency, mundane, tends to become non-competitive)
