      Very little training offered to employees. Human Resources leadership is straight out of the Dilbert comic strip. I have never worked in an environment as toxic and negative as Deltek.

      Good bonus structure, decent salary, decent work life balance

      Cons

      Healthcare plan is very bad. Besides high deductible and very high monthly, you still have to pay about 20 - 30% on the top of your copay. We ended up paying about 50% for each doctor visit out of pocket. If you count the monthly fee, you probably paid a lot more.
